Desde criança meu sonho era realizar uma viagem ao redor do mundo, aqui está a parte 2 da nossa aventura de 66 dias.
O filme de fotos no final desse texto apresenta algumas impressões sobre nossas estações em Cingapura, Nepal e Dubai.
De Alice Springs, na Austrália pegamos um voo com duração de três horas até Perth e em seguida outro voo de cinco horas e meia até Cingapura.
Esta cidade fascina pela sua limpeza e segurança, características cada vez mais problemáticas em muitas metrópoles do nosso planeta devido às alterações climáticas, à política e aos fluxos de refugiados.
Esta metrópole no Sudeste Asiático oferece arquitetura fabulosa, atrações fenomenais, excelentes hotéis, restaurantes e oportunidades ilimitadas de compras. Cingapura também é um importante centro de viagens para se visitar outros destinos na Ásia.
Em vários posts descrevemos nossas experiências como Sentosa, a ilha muito procurada para entretenimento e diversão.
Sim, podemos afirmar que Cingapura pode ser chamada de pérola do Sudeste Asiático para nós.
Nossa próxima etapa nos levou a Katmandu, no Nepal. O voo durou cerca de 5 horas e chegamos ao aeroporto local por volta da meia-noite. Na manhã seguinte pudemos ver e sentir que havíamos chegado a um mundo completamente diferente, os contrastes não poderiam ser maiores. Muito barulho, multidões em todos os lugares, caos no trânsito e as consequências do devastador terremoto de 2015 podem ser vistos em todos os lugares.
Também planejamos algumas excursões para nossos seis dias no Nepal e as organizamos com uma agência de viagens local. O destaque foi um voo panorâmico sobre a Cordilheira doHimalaia com ótimas vistas do Monte Everest, uma experiência inesquecível.

Um voo relativamente curto de 4 horas então nos trouxe até Dubai nos Emirados Árabes Unidos, depois do Nepal novamente uma viagem a um mundo totalmente oposto com imponentes superlativos de todos os tipos, depois do Nepal isso foi como chegar um “lugar conto de fadas das 1001 Noites”.
Uma viagem de um dia também nos levou a Abu Dhabi com sua famosa Mesquita Sheikh Zayed.

A 3ª e última parte de nossa viagem ao mundo nos levará a Londres, Irlanda e Portugal após 66 dias.

Einmal um die Welt in 66 Tagen – Teil 2
Seit meinen Kindheitstagen war es mein Traum, einmal, eine Weltreise zu machen, hier nun der Teil 2 unseres 66tägigen Abenteuers.
Ein Foto Film möchte Ihnen nun einige Eindrücke auf unseren Stationen in Singapur, Nepal und Dubai vermitteln.
Von Alice Springs in Australien brachte uns zunächst ein 3stündiger Flug nach Perth und dann ein weiterer in 5,5 Stunden nach Singapur. Diese Stadt fasziniert durch seine Sauberkeit und Sicherheit, Charakteristika, die in vielen Metropolen unserer Erde heutzutage auch durch den Klimawandel, Politik und Flüchtlingsströme zusehends extrem problembehaftet sind.
Diese Metropole in Südostasien offeriert sagenhafte Architektur, phänomenale Attraktionen, superbe Hotels, Restaurants und unbeschränkte Shoppingmöglichkeiten, darüber hinaus ist Singapur ein bedeutendes Drehkreuz für Reisen in und nach Asien.
In mehreren Posts beschreiben wir unsere Erfahrungen wie z.B Sentosa, die sehr beliebte Insel für Unterhaltung und Spaß.
Auch der Blumen- und Regenwalddom überzeugen mit Architektur und Farbenpracht, ein Besuch ist absolut empfehlenswert.
Ja, wir können festhalten, dass Singapur für uns als ein Schatz (Perle) Südostasiens bezeichnet werden kann.
Unsere nächste Etappe brachte uns nach Kathmandu in Nepal. Der Flug dauerte etwa 5 Stunden und wir erreichten gegen Mitternacht am dortigen Airport. Am nächsten Morgen konnten wir dann sehen und spüren, dass wir nun in einer ganz anderen Welt angekommen waren, die Gegensätze hätten nicht grösser sein können. Viel Lärm, überall Menschenmengen, Verkehrschaos und überall auch noch die Folgen des verheerenden Erdbebens vom Jahre 2015 zu sehen.
Auch für unsere 6 Tage in Nepal hatten wir einige Ausflüge geplant und mit einem hiesigen Reisebüro organisiert, das Highlight war ein Panorama-Flug im Himalaya Massiv mit tollen Ausblicken auf den Mount Everest, ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Ein relativ kurzer Flug von 4 Stunden brachte uns dann nach Dubai in den Vereinigten Arabischen Emiraten, nach Nepal wieder eine Reise in eine total gegensätzliche Welt mit imposanten Superlativen aller Art, war dies nach Nepal eine Art Fata Morgana oder ein Märchen aus 1001 Nacht.
Ein Tagesausflug führte uns auch nach Abu Dhabi mit seiner berühmtem Scheich-Zayid- Moschee.

Around the World in 66 Days – Part 2
Ever since I was a child it has been my dream to go on a trip around the world, here is part 2 of our 66-day adventure.
A photo Film would now like to give you some impressions of our stations in Singapore, Nepal and Dubai.
From Alice Springs in Australia we took a 3 hour flight to Perth and then another 5,5 hour flight to Singapore.
This city fascinates with its cleanliness and safety, characteristics that are increasingly problematic in many metropolises on our planet due to climate change, politics and refugee flows.
This metropolis in Southeast Asia offers fabulous architecture, phenomenal attractions, superb hotels, restaurants and unlimited shopping opportunities, Singapore is also a major hub for travel to and from Asia.
In several posts we describe our experiences such as Sentosa, the very popular island for entertainment and fun.
Yes, we can state that Singapore can be called a treasure (pearl) of Southeast Asia for us.
Our next stage brought us to Kathmandu in Nepal. The flight took about 5 hours and we arrived at the local airport around midnight. The next morning we could see and feel that we had now arrived in a completely different world, the contrasts could not have been greater. Lots of noise, crowds everywhere, traffic chaos and the consequences of the devastating earthquake of 2015 can be seen everywhere.
We had also planned some excursions for our 6 days in Nepal and organized them with a local travel agency. The highlight was a panoramic flight in the Himalayas with great views of Mount Everest, an unforgettable experience.

A relatively short flight of 4 hours then brought us to Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, after Nepal again a journey into a totally opposite world with imposing superlatives of all kinds, after Nepal this was a kind of Fata Morgana or a fairy tale from 1001 Nights.
A day trip also took us to Abu Dhabi with its famous Sheikh Zayed Mosque.

The 3rd and last part of our world trip will then take us to London, Ireland and Portugal after 66 days
Do que são feitas as viagens? Muitas delas são feitas de um sonho. De acordo com seus interesses, gostos e aptidões, você estuda, pesquisa e começa a sonhar em visitar um lugar. Foi assim comigo, quando adolescente, me lembro bem do livro de História Geral que tinha na capa uma foto da Acrópole de Atenas. Pronto! Desde aquela época sonhei em conhecer aquela maravilha.
Erich, por sua vez, realizou muitas viagens como consequência de seu trabalho na área do turismo juvenil, visitou inúmeros países, descobriu muitas cidades, algumas de grande beleza e outras nem tão belas assim.
Com base nas nossas experiências, elaboramos uma lista com 12 lugares, que consideramos surpreendentes. 12 erstaunliche Orte
Woraus bestehen Reisen? Viele von ihnen sind aus einem Traum gemacht. Entsprechend Ihren Interessen, Vorlieben und Fähigkeiten studieren, recherchieren und träumen Sie davon, einen Ort zu besuchen.
Für mich als Teenager war es so, ich erinnere mich an das Buch Allgemeine Geschichte, auf dessen Cover ein Foto der Akropolis von Athen abgebildet war. Bereit! Seit dieser Zeit habe ich davon geträumt, dieses Wunder kennenzulernen.
Erich seinerseits unternahm aufgrund seiner Arbeit im Bereich des Jugendtourismus viele Reisen, besuchte unzählige Länder, entdeckte viele Städte, einige von großer Schönheit und andere eben nicht ganz so schön.
Basierend auf unseren Erfahrungen haben wir eine Liste von 12 Beiträgen zusammengestellt, die wir als „erstaunliche Reisen“ empfinden.
Wir hoffen, dass dies als Ausgangspunkt hierfür dienen kann, um eine besondere Reise planen zu können, wenn dann die Coronavirus-Pandemie endet, oder dass Sie mehr über den Ort lesen können, der Ihre Aufmerksamkeit am schon lange auf sich gezogen hat, oder sogar eine eigene Liste „erstaunlicher Orte“ erstellen können.

What does travel consist of? Many of them are made from a dream. Study, research and dream of visiting a place according to your interests, preferences and skills.
It was like this with me as a teenager, I remember the book General History, which had a photo of the Acropolis of Athens on the cover. Ready! Since that time I have dreamed of getting to know this miracle.
Erich for his part due tof his work in the field of youth tourism, Er made many trips, visited countless countries, discovered many cities, some of great beauty and others even not quite so beautiful.
Based on our experiences, we have compiled a list of 12 articles that we consider “amazing journeys”.
We hope this can serve as a starting point for planning a special trip when the coronavirus pandemic ends, or that you can read more about the place that caught your attention, or even be able to create your own list of “amazing places”.

Erich e eu tivemos o prazer de retornar a Cingapura e, mais uma vez, apreciamos as belezas desse lugar encantador. É uma das cidades do mundo que definitivamente escolheria para viver.
Cingapura tem mais de cinco milhões de habitantes e tornou-se um país independente em 1965. Foi colônia britânica e japonesa e passou por uma grande melhoria urbana quando foi implantado o projeto de renovação da baía, cuja maior atração é o complexo dos jardins, hotel Marina BaySands,
shopping center,
teatro, onde se pode apreciar obras de arquitetura maravilhosas como os edifícios da Floresta da Nuvem (Cloud Forest),Domo das Flores (Flower Dome),
as Superárvores (Supertrees) do Jardim da baía.
Nessa área você pode passar o dia inteiro passeando pelos diversos jardins do grande jardim. Além, disso, acontece o show de luz e som no jardim da baía e em frente aos Shoppes. São dois eventos que atraem muitas pessoas e é sensacional!
Outro passeio bem legal é visitar a Rua Telok Ayer, próximo a Chinatown (que também vale visitar), passear pela Rua Amoy

(por trás do templo chinês Thian Hock Keng, muito lindo),
com edificações antigas fazendo o contraste com toda modernidade da cidade.
Se você gosta de praia e quer visitar um parque de diversões, então planeje um dia para passear na ilha de Sentosa,
onde há um parque “Universal Studios”, uma estátua imensa do Merlion (criatura mitológica com cabeça de leão e corpo de peixe, utilizada como mascote pelos nativos),
uma praia artificial com coqueiros,
resorts,
ótimos bares e restaurantes, além de uma tirolesa e estrutura para Bungee jumping.
Um aspecto que nos chamou a atenção é a incrível limpeza de Cingapura e a segurança. As estações de metrô são tão limpas, que quase você não vê um papel jogado no chão e funcionam muito bem. Não é caro transitar de taxi e metro. Aliás, você pode comprar um cartão para usar todos os meios de transportes da cidade (Singapore Tourist Pass).
Cingapura tem shopping centers grandiosos
e ótimos restaurantes.
Erich, alemão, ficou muito feliz em visitar o restaurante alemão Paulaner Brauhaus, uma maravilha!
Cingapura tem também o bairro indiano (Little India), árabe (Arab Quartier),
onde se encontra muitos bares e restaurantes. Tem também o mercado noturno de comida, uma delícia.
A cidade é também o paraíso para as compras, a Orchard Road concentra as lojas mais luxuosas.
Cingapura é definitivamente um destino para se voltar várias vezes! A cidade é também um lugar que serve de passagem, ponto de apoio para visitar outros destinos na Ásia.

SINGAPUR – EIN SCHATZ SÜDOSTASIENS
Erich und ich hatten das Vergnügen, nach Singapur zurückzukehren, und wir genossen erneut die Schönheiten dieses wunderschönen Ortes. Es ist eine der Städte dieser Welt, in der ich es mir definitiv vorstellen könnte, zu leben.
Singapur hat mehr als fünf Millionen Einwohner und wurde 1965 ein unabhängiges Land. Es war zuvor eine britische und japanische Kolonie und erfuhr eine sehr bedeutende Stadterweiterung, als das Renovierungsprojekt in der Bucht umgesetzt wurde mit dem Hotel Marina Bay Sands,
Einkaufszentrum,
Theater, wo Sie zudem wunderbare architektonische Gebäude wie das des Cloud Forest, Flower Dome
oder die Supertrees of the Bay Garden bewundern können.
In diesem Areal können Sie den ganzen Tag durch die verschiedensten Gärten dieser riesigen Gartenanlage spazieren. Außerdem gibt es die Licht- und Tonshow im Bay Garden und vor den Shoppes. Es sind zwei Ereignisse, die täglich viele Menschen anziehen und es ist wirklich sensationell!
Eine andere schöne Tour ist die Telok Ayer Street in der Nähe von Chinatown (die ebenfalls einen Besuch wert ist), ein Spaziergang entlang der Amoy Street

(hinter dem chinesischen Tempel Thian Hock Keng , sehr schön),
wobei diese alten historischen Gebäude sehr kontrastiv der modernen Stadt gegenüberstehen.
Wenn Sie Strand mögen und einen Vergnügungspark besuchen möchten, planen Sie einen Tag auf der Insel Sentosa
mit einem Park der “Universal Studios” ein mit einer riesigen Statue des Merlion (mythologisches Wesen mit Löwenkopf und Fischkörper, von vielen Einheimischen auch als Maskottchen genutzt),
einem künstlichen Strand mit Kokospalmen,
Resorts,
tollen Bars und Restaurants, Tirolesa und Bungee jumping.
Ein Aspekt, der uns sehr auffiel, ist die beeindruckende Sauberkeit von Singapur und die Sicherheit in der Stadt. Die U-Bahn-Stationen sind extrem sauber und funktionieren sehr gut. Es ist nicht teuer, sich mit dem Taxi oder der U-Bahn fortzubewegen. Übrigens können Sie auch den Singapore Tourist Pass erwerben, mit dem sich Ihnen dann alle Verkehrsmittel erschlieβen.
Singapur hat großartige Einkaufszentren
und tolle Restaurants. Erich (immer noch typisch deutsch eben) war sehr glücklich das deutsche Restaurant Paulaner Brauhaus hier besuchen zu können, wunderbar!
Singapur offeriert auch das Indian Quarter (Little India), das Arab Quarter (arabisch)
und Clark Quay, wo es viele Bars und Restaurants gibt.

SINGAPORE – A TREASURE OF SOUTH EAST ASIA
Erich and I had the pleasure to return to Singapore and we enjoyed again the beauties of this beautiful place. It’s one of the cities in this world where I could definitely imagine living.
Singapore has more than five million inhabitants and became an independent country in 1965. It was previously a British and Japanese colony and experienced a very significant urban expansion when the renovation project was implemented in the bay with Hotel Marina Bay Sands,
mall,
theater and where too you also find and can admire wonderful architectural buildings such as the Cloud Forest, the Flower Dome
or the Supertrees of the Bay Garden.
In this area you can walk all day through the most various gardens of this huge garden Set. There is also the light and sound show in the Bay Garden and in front of the shoppes. These are two events that attract many people every day and it is really impressive!
Another nice tour is Telok Ayer Street near Chinatown (which is also worth a visit), a walk along Amoy Street

(behind the Chinese temple Thian Hock Keng, very beautiful),
these old historic buildings are very contrastive facing the modern City.
If you like beach and would like to visit an amusement Park, plan a day on the island of Sentosa
with a park of “Universal Studios” with a giant statue of the Merlion (mythical creature with lion’s head and fish body, also used by many locals as a mascot),
an artificial beach with coconut palms,
resorts,
great bars and restaurants, tirolesa and Bungee jumping.
One aspect we were very impressed with is the incredible cleanliness of Singapore and the security in the city.
The subway stations are extremely clean and work very well. It is not expensive to get around by taxi or subway. Incidentally you can also purchase the Singapore Tourist Pass, which will then open up all means of transport for you.
Singapore has great shopping malls and great restaurants. Erich (still typical German just) was very happy to visit the German restaurant Paulaner Brauhaus here, wonderful!
