– Alster, é o grande lago localizado no centro da cidade, vale muito passear pelo elegante bulevar Jungfernstieg, que acompanha o Alster;
– Igreja de St. Petrikirche, após o grande incêndio, foi reconstruída em estilo neogótico. Vale a pena conhecer a escultura de Nossa Senhora criada em 1470 em estilo gótico;
– Igreja de São Jacó (Jakobikirch), no seu interior é possível se apreciar o maior órgão barroco do norte da Alemanha;
– Deutsches Zollmuseum, Speicherstadt, localizado na área livre de circulação do porto, tem o seu charme;

Erich and I have been to Hamburg more than once. What strikes me the most about the city is the huge harbor near the city center, the colorful entertainment district called St. Pauli, the city’s parks and lakes.
In addition, the people of Hamburg may even seem cold at first contact, but visitors are delighted. The best way to get around in Hamburg is by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. I recommend you to buy a day pass as it is quite difficult to park by car. The central part can be explored on foot.
